About SurfaceDiff

Public infrastructure changes constantly - a new subdomain gets deployed, a port opens for a debugging session and stays open, a certificate quietly expires. Most of these changes are harmless. Some of them are exactly how attackers find their way in, and teams often only learn about them after the fact, if at all.

SurfaceDiff exists to close that gap: scan what's public, keep a normalized history of it, and tell you - with evidence - the moment something changes. Not a one-time report, a running diff.
