AI Guard early-access privacy notice
Notice version: 24 October 2026. This supplements the SurfaceDiff Privacy Policy for the AI Guard market-validation program. AI Guard is a proposed product and is not currently available.
Who receives your request

What you provide and why
We collect your name, business email, company, company type, approximate company size, primary AI security challenge and selected interest. We use these details to respond to your early-access or paid-pilot inquiry and understand requirements. Acknowledging this notice does not subscribe you to a newsletter or create a purchase commitment. Please do not submit credentials, confidential documents or customer data.
Optional analytics
If you accept website analytics, we record AI Guard page views, early-access and paid-pilot CTA interactions, and limited campaign codes such as UTM source. We do not include form content, full referral URLs or persistent visitor IDs in these AI Guard analytics records. A valid submission is counted from its saved request record, without duplicating its content into click analytics. Declining analytics does not prevent submitting a request.
Storage and access
Requests are kept in access-restricted storage operated by SurfaceDiff. An internal email notification may also be used. Only people handling the program should access these records. Request details are not sent to AI model providers for this program. Existing website technical logs and cookie behavior are described in the main Privacy Policy.
Retention and your choices
For this program, request records and optional AI Guard analytics are scheduled for deletion within 90 days of collection unless you separately agree to continue a pilot discussion or a retention obligation applies. You can ask us to stop contacting you or request access, correction or deletion at support@surfacediff.com. Any future product account or pilot requires separate terms.
